This plan is designed to maximize your readiness for a standard Army physical fitness test— focusing on cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, and muscular endurance. It includes 4 weeks of workouts, nutrition, hydration and recovery tips in addition to ways to improve AFT weaknesses. This 4-week design is made for someone in moderately decent shape.
